Svitlana Ostapenko holds a PhD in Management from the Faculty of Economics, University of Porto (2024), and a PhD in Cultural Studies from Taurida National Vernadsky University, Ukraine (2012). Her research interests focus on Cross-Cultural Studies, Business Strategy, Cluster Dynamics, Marketing, and International Business. She has over 10 years of professional experience, including as Head of Research at CICET-FCVC, leading projects in tourism, sustainability, and market analysis. She is currently a Professor at IPAM, teaching Research Methodologies, Cross-Cultural Studies, and Strategy.

Prof. Mohammad Fawzi Shubita
Prof. Mohammad Fawzi Shubita is a Professor of Accounting at the Department of Accounting, The World Islamic Sciences and Education University (WISE) in Amman, Jordan. He earned his graduate and doctoral degrees in accounting and has extensive experience in teaching and supervising research at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels. His research interests focus on corporate finance, audit quality, IFRS, dividend policy, capital allocation, and the financial performance of firms in Jordan and the broader MENA region. Prof. Shubita has authored and co-authored numerous scholarly papers published in regional and international journals and is a frequent presenter at international conferences. He has also contributed to curriculum development and professional training programs in advanced accounting and financial reporting.
Assoc. Prof. Gamze Öz Yalaman
Gamze Öz Yalaman is an Associate Professor of Public Finance at the Department of Public Finance, Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Turkey. She holds a B.S. in Public Finance (2008), an M.B.A. (2011), and a Ph.D. in Public Finance (2015) from Eskişehir Osmangazi University, with her doctoral research focusing on the informal economy. She has held visiting researcher positions at the University of Sheffield (2019–2020) and King’s College London (2023). Her main research interests include the informal economy, tax morale, and tax evasion. She has taught a wide range of courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including public finance, tax policy, research methods, and the informal economy. She has many international publications and presented many papers at international congresses.

Dr. Akvilė Aleksandravičienė
In 2020, she defended her Ph.D. in Economics. She currently works as a researcher fellow at Vilnius University in Lithuania. She is also an associate professor and the head of two programs of study at Vytautas Magnus University. She actively participates in scientific activities. Outside of academia, she enjoys visiting museums and tourist attractions. In 2025, she received recognition from the Research Council of Lithuania for her outstanding scientific work.

Dr. Sebastian Bakatubia
Dr. Sebastian Bakatubia is an Assistant Professor at National Chi Nan University, Taiwan, with a Ph.D. in Management (Marketing). His research investigates how cultural filters, aesthetics, and ritualized practices shape global consumer behavior and brand meaning. With peer-reviewed publications and manuscripts under review at prestigious journals like the Journal of Marketing, he also teaches digital marketing strategy and international consumer behavior.

Dr. sc. Jasmina Gržinić
Dr. sc. Jasmina Gržinić is a full professor (tenured) at the Faculty of Economics and Tourism, Juraj Dobrila University in Pula. She has been involved in teaching and scientific work for 25 years. Her area of special interest includes the basics of tourism, tourist agencies and tourist attractions, international tourism and tourist transformations. She has published 9 scientific and professional books, edited 8 scientific monographs and published more than 140 scientific papers. She is a reviewer of a large number of papers of international importance (MDPI), as well as professional and scientific publications. Also, a member of the editorial and organizing boards of scientific journals and conferences. In the last 5 years, she has published a large number of papers in the field of pedagogical competencies in the field of tourism. She is the recipient of the Rector’s Award for Scientific Work (2020) and the head of the university scientific projects.

Dr. Nabila Sabir
She is a lecturer and researcher in finance at a business school in Morocco. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences with a specialization in financial performance and corporate governance of listed companies. Her research interests include IPO underpricing, earnings management, and strategic financial decision-making in emerging markets. Dr. Sabir has participated in several international conferences and has published articles in peer-reviewed journals. In addition to her academic work, she is also an entrepreneur and founder of a creative gift and event business. She worked in the Cyprus Banking sector, (Laiki Bank, Bank of Cyprus) as Senior Officer of Human Resources Management, Bank Branch Manager, and Regional Manager Replacer. Mr. Jasmeh Singh
Jasmeh Singh is a senior student at Singapore American School with a strong academic and research focus in economics, business, and finance. His research explores the intersection of agricultural policy and trade, including the impact of Minimum Support Price–wholesale price gaps on India’s rice and wheat exports, as well as the role of digital public infrastructure in attracting foreign direct investment. Beyond research, Jasmeh is the founder of Kadhai, a youth-led fair-trade initiative that empowers rural Punjabi artisans by creating sustainable global market access for traditional crafts. Mgr. Eva Ticina is a PhD student at the Department of Information Management and Business Systems, Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava. Research focus: artificial intelligence and data-driven decision-making in business, with the dissertation titled “AI and Data-Driven Business Decision Making.” Teaching activity includes courses Business Analytics and Decision Making and Management of Information Systems. His career has taken him to Chile, where he managed French companies under the supervision of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and to Mexico, where he led the industrial division of the multinational COMSA Corporation. Additionally, he has contributed as a research assistant at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean at the United Nations in Mexico City. Drawing from his extensive professional experience, he authored the book “Internationalization and Interculturality,” which explores the international development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Edwin Theron is a professor of marketing management at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He specialises in Relationship Marketing and is specifically interested in how long-term marketing relationships are formed. Mr. Sándor Erdős
Sándor Erdős is a Ph.D student and research fellow assistant at the University of Pécs, Faculty of Business and Economics. His research focuses on behavioral finance, specifically exploring social influence in behavioral decisions within the field. His work primarily involves experimental finance. Additionally, he contributes to the teaching activities by instructing undergraduate finance courses such as Corporate Finance and Investments, as well as teaching Enterprise Valuation in the Master’s program.

Prof. Sumedha Chauhan
Sumedha Chauhan is a faculty in the area of Information Systems and Analytics at Jindal Global Business School, O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat, India. She has published multiple research papers in reputed journals such as European Journal of Information Systems, International Journal of Information Management, Behaviour and Information Technology, Information Systems Frontiers, and Journal of Business Research, etc. Her research interests include e-commerce, e-business, and online retailing.

Dr. Almaz Sandy
He received his PhD from the School of Management, Kyrenia American University, Cyprus. He also holds MBA degree from HES Business School, France and M.A. in International Relations from the Aegean University of Turkey. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor of the School of Business Administration, Al Akhawayn University.
His research is situated in the field of Supply Chain and Operations Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, with a special focus on international technology transfer, academic entrepreneurship and collaborative R&D in high technology industries including applications of computer business simulation and computer science to the service of the broad areas of education and learning. He is internationally certified management consultant (CMC), committee member of ACBSP accreditation, member of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI). Dr. Almaz has previously worked for Fortune 500 companies in the areas of corporate business, strategic planning and supply chain management.

MSC. Patryk Makowski
A highly self-driven enthusiast of leadership and work behaviours. Aiming to investigate a correlation between transformational leadership and work engagement in remote environments. Currently a PhD Candidate at the Technological University of the Shannon: Midland Midwest (Athlone).

MSC. Fationa Artan Halili
She recently graduated with a second master of science degree in “Strategic Finance” at the University of Buckingham, International Business School, in Budapest and she currently works as a “Finance Manager” in her private company for 2 years. She has participated in various training related to the economic field and her focus in the coming years is the pursuit of doctoral studies, participation in scientific conferences, as well as academic publications.

MS. Louisa Mmule Kgomotso Matjane
Kgomotso Matjane has 5 years investment analyst experience and over 10 years Internal Auditor experience across different levels up to Management within the profession. Her work experience has mostly been in Developmental Financial Institutions (DFIs), which deep rooted her passion for SMME development. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Internal Audit and is currenlty in the final year of her MBA studies.

Prof. Anna Kosieradzka
Anna Kosieradzka is a Deputy Dean of Scientific Affairs at the Faculty of Management, Warsaw University of Technology. Her area of interest is process management, production management, project management, and public crisis management. She is the author or co-author of more than 100 scientific papers (including 10 monographs).

Dr. Justyna Smagowicz
Justyna Smagowicz is a researcher and lecturer at the Faculty of Management, Warsaw University of Technology. Her area of interest is the improvement of production processes with the use of specialized simulation modeling programs and the resilience of manufacturing companies. She is the author or co-author of nearly thirty scientific studies.

Dr. Cezary Szwed
Cezary Szwed is a researcher and lecturer at the Faculty of Management, Warsaw University of Technology. His areas of interest are production management, mathematical modeling of processes, optimization algorithms, and power and energy consumption management. He is the author or co-author of nearly thirty scientific studies.

Dr. Chiedza Tsvakirai
Chiedza Tsvakirai is a researcher at the University of South Africa’s School of Business Leadership. She has expertise in agribusiness and agricultural economics. Her research focus is on food innovation markets; particularly how the innovations influence productivity, sustainable production and responsible consumption.

Mr. Andrej Orolin
Andrej Orolin, he is from Slovakia. Since 2017, He is a PhD. candidate at Beihang University in Beijing, China. He has several years of experience in the banking industry, currently as an internal auditor in one of the main European banks.

Mr. Ladi Daodu
Ladi Daodu is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Lincoln University College, Malaysia, with research interest in Business Analytics.
He has over 16 years of professional experience in the area of business management, business analytics, investment banking, corporate strategy, corporate finance, and project management.
Ladi is a business analytics enthusiast and is currently writing his thesis on business analytics and the eCommerce sector, in addition to the numerous professional courses he has taken in the field of data science and analytics. He is also a speaker at different workshops and conferences discussing topics around business strategy and planning, business analytics, finance, business sustainability and more.
Ladi holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, he holds certificate in Business Valuation, ACCA-UK, Data Science and Analytics by IBM, and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP), USA.
